I'm passionate about transformation...real, solid, growth and change.
Transformation means more than choosing a different way of doing things or changing your job or your relationship status.  It means going to the core of yourself and getting to know the truth of who you are.  It means releasing old patterns and emotions and beliefs that keep you stuck in ways of being that are so small given who you really are.  Sometimes, it means extracting something so customary, so familiar and so comfortable to you, that it can grieve you to let it go.  This transformation business is not for sissies.


Yet, the amazing people I know do this deep transformation work with themselves, not because it’s fun or because it’s easy, but because they believe that is why we are here.  That our souls can’t do the type of growing, without the inevitable losses and learnings of this life, that they are meant to do.
